This service is what you make of it. I did have some trouble getting going but with some time everything was sorted. I’ve been using it about 6 months now and have seen an increase in over 250 followers (and they have retained and actively engage with my post.) You do need to stay on top of whether or not the service stops working. A quick email to your service manager fixes that and they give you a month free whenever this happens, overall it’s good. I was SUPER sceptical about using Kicksta as there are a tonne of mixed reviews about their services but I couldn't be happier. I started with around 1,000 followers and really wanted to increase my following but no matter how much time I spent on Instagram the number wasn't really moving (in all honesty with the purpose of wanting to try and be a 'Brand Ambassador'). For the first two weeks nothing much happened, I emailed their customer service and they came back saying not to worry, just stick with it as it takes a little time and asked me to decrease my activity on Instagram (only post, don't like or comment on other things very often) and I'm so glad I did. I now gain an extra 30 - 50 REAL followers a week and they are all real people with similar interests who are active on my account and I am now a Brand Ambassador. Couldn't recommend more!

Kicksta is the best tool for social media growth. I have been using this tool for about 6 months now and as a social media manager, this tool is fantastic. This is not for getting tons of followers fast!! If you este looking for quantity, don’t spend your money here... this tool is FANTASTIC for finding quality targeted followers that will become your customers. But this only works if you 1-know your customer profile when entering your targets and 2- let the system do it’s magic. This tool is slow to start, but once it gets going, it’s amazing. Also, if you are worried about Instagram locking you out, don’t worry, this system logs in from where you tell them to log in from, so there are no problems, instagram doesn’t pick up their log in attempts but all you have to do is confirm the log in, and you are good to go! Also, you have to stop liking pictures on your own and let the system work. You may accidentally like pictures over the allowed number by Instagram if you are liking pictures at the same time as the system. Finally, this system doesn’t follow and unfollow once the targets follows you, I think that’s not an honest way of getting followers, this is basically a tap in the shoulder: “hey, come check me out!” - the user decides if they follow you or not, based on your content, not a fake promise to follow them back. This tool is worth every cent!

I was super skeptical of this service at first but in looking at what they do compared to some of the other companies that advertise the same results it seemed like a legitimate way to get your account in front of potential followers. I decided to try it with a short leash for a month. I am now 4 months in and very happy. The growth has exceeded expectations and their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I do monitor every day...and you need to check your "targets" daily, it takes less than 5 minutes, sometimes less than a minute. Instagram did hit me with 3 "soft" restrictions for 24 hours because we were liking too much but Kicksta assured me it's okay to like other accounts so I would not be banned. I trusted them and they were correct so they know Instagram very well. They also adjust the times and the amount they like after a soft ban so there is a corrective action on their part. And it does make sense, you can like other photos, it's not against the IG tos... Anyways, I recommend it!

I was searching for a long time a worthy platform that will help to grow my audience. At first, I tried to work with them on one of my business accounts related to luxury fashion. I'll be honest, the following and follow back ratio was pretty low. However, I wanted to test the same method on my other account related to music. (Kicksta also gives a free trial, which is great because you can see if the speed of growth satisfies you). It immediately worked well, because people were more related to my content about music than fashion. It is my third month with them, and it's doing great. In a day I get on average 40-60 new followers. It's good because they are all real and high quality engaging accounts. Will stay with them until I'll reach a specific number. If you are considering their service, make sure you are being realistic, your content also has to be interesting for other people to follow you back, if you want high quality audience. If you care just about the number of followers, then go and buy bots elsewhere which a chance of ruining your account with IG shadowing you. Customer Service is superb, response also quite fast. So far so good for me.

I have found Kicksta super useful for my business. We have an active instagram account and a person employed to follow potential leads. However, the job of maxing out the daily likes to try and get more growth is just not practical to have somebody employed to do this. It has been far more cost effective to use Kicksta. We are not using it to gain followers for vanity. Instead, we are using it to gain followers to convert into sales. We have seen an increase in followers, leads and sales from Instagram since using Kicksta. There are a couple of things to note from our journey: 1) It took a long time (1-2months) to notice and substantial follower growth. HOWEVER we have not been blocked out of our account once and we are super grateful about this, so the slow start seems to work for building trust with Instagram. 2) I thought that the targets had broken because they wouldn't find new accounts. I kinda gave up on Kicksta for a bit out of frustration but then I used the chat to speak to somebody. To my surprise I got hold of someone in minutes and they fixed the problem for me. I was using the old dashboard (I had bookmarked it in my browser) and had not spotted the upgrade to the Kicksta system. 3) I've just started trying to use the #hashtags as targets, but i'm not 100% sure they work. Going to give it a week or two and then fire a question over to support if they still seem to be non-performing. Overall, I would say that if you don't expect miracles and if you want to automate a massively time consuming job that WILL lead to growth (without getting penalised) then I would recommend Kicksta. I really like kicksta because the platform works. It does take time to ramp up, about 1-2 months to see a difference but I think it’s worth it.
